The Pride Shop Wholesale is strictly a trade-only website and only registered businesses, with a pre-approved membership can buy and view pricing. To purchase from us you must be purchasing stock to resell and not for your personal use.
We welcome customers who sell online as well as in retail shops. However, stock bought from us cannot be sold on 3rd party sites such as Amazon, Etsy or Shopify.

Prices on our website are shown in Pound Sterling (£) and exclude VAT. To view prices and to purchase you must register an account with us. All prices listed on the website are for one item unless otherwise stated. The Pride Shop Wholesale reserves the right to amend or change any prices at any time without prior notice. Our Recommended Retail Prices (RRP) are shown on our website.
Products
Products are subject to availability. In the event of a product ordered being out of stock, you will be notified and the item will be placed on backorder.
Please note that you will only be charged for the items dispatched on your order.
Minimum Order
We currently offer a no minimum order policy which means that our customers have the flexibility to purchase as few or as many items as they wish.
Delivery Prices
Our delivery charges vary according to country and delivery option. For UK customers delivery is free if you spend £99 plus VAT, or just £8 if below.
Payment methods
We accept all major credit cards and debit cards including Visa, Visa Debit, Delta, Mastercard and Maestro. We also accept Paypal. Payments can be made online or via BACS.

Damages
In the unfortunate event that you may receive a damaged product, please email hello@theprideshop.co.uk within 5 working days to report the item. Our Customer Care team will advise you of the process to follow. Please do not return any goods to The Pride Shop Wholesale without agreed authorisation.
